The knowledge presented in these sessions was genuinely useful to me. In the first session, I gained a deeper understanding of how I perceive the world around me, including both its positive and negative aspects. This is a field that I already had some awareness of, but my understanding was in an overlapping state — I could recognize and feel it, yet I struggled to describe it clearly in words. Overall, the first session helped me clarify my thoughts and understand this area a little better. In the second session, the topic of online communication was also quite helpful. However, when it comes to responding to messages, I believe it largely depends on the context and the person I am communicating with. Some messages may seem simple, but when sent to certain people, they can be surprisingly difficult to respond to quickly. This difficulty does not come from not knowing how to reply, but rather from hesitation and uncertainty about whether to send that response. In conclusion, both sessions helped me gain a deeper awareness of these aspects of everyday life. I am truly grateful for the insights they provided.
