I live in Da Nang and was born with hearing loss. For many years, I often kept to myself, afraid of being different and unable to connect with others. A friend introduced me to CORMIS, and from the very first day, I felt nervous and lost. But the warmth and kindness here made me feel truly welcomed.
I live in Da Nang and was born with hearing loss. For many years, I often kept to myself, afraid of being different and unable to connect with others. A friend introduced me to CORMIS, and from the very first day, I felt nervous and lost. But the warmth and kindness here made me feel truly welcomed.
At CORMIS, I learned to sew upcycled products from leftover fabric—like card wallets, Japanese-style bags, and aprons. At first, I made many mistakes, but I never gave up. Step by step, I improved, tried new designs, and found joy in creating. My favorite is the Japanese bag, because it is both practical and a way for me to practice my skills every day.
The most precious gift from CORMIS is not just a sustainable income to support my family. but confidence, strength, and belief in myself.
To me, each product carries not only fabric, but also hope and love for life.
