Wastes (left over fabric, used fishing nets, fruit skin) have been collected and turned into daily useful products, contributing to reduces wastes discharged into environment, change of people mindset on waste with valuable resources. Disadvanted women have been built business capacities and other related skills for working effectively and independently Roles of the disadvantaged women have been changed from very passive to active. These women have started to contribute to the collective efforts of environmental protection through their strength. Awareness on environmental protection for public, including children through the efforts of upcycling - reusing have been increased. Resources inside the community have been mobilized and used effectively for a sustainable social and economic development in our locality
