Our life experiences including stress from work, broken relationships, chronic pain, shape who we are in both positive and negative ways. Over time, we hold onto stress which begins to affect our personal mental, emotional and physical well-being as well as our relationships with others. Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE) help reduces tension, stress and pain resulting in feeling less overwhelmed. People who regularly practice TRE report feeling more energy, improved confidence, improved relationships, improved sleep and being less easily angered. This results in an increased quality of life and ability to engage with our communities.
