Yesterday, we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful group of students from India! We introduced them to CORMIS’ mission, played a fun and meaningful game about mental health, practised TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises), and got creative with an upcycling activity making heart-shaped keychains from local waste. The room was full of laughter, conversation, and cultural exchange. It was a beautiful blend of stories and perspectives from different parts of the world. We’re so grateful for the energy they brought and excited to keep building global connections through sustainability and mental health education. When being asked about the lessons learned after participating in the CORMIS program, they shared many interesting lessons, for example: “The key lesson I learned is that small, mindful actions can lead to big changes — both for the environment and mental well-being. CORMIS has shown me how sustainability and mental health are connected and how community-based efforts can make a real impact”.
