Building resiliency for community through Self and collective care

Program is on, make us successful with your Support and Efforts

The WHO estimates that about 5000 people commit suicide every year in Vietnam and around 3.564.000 people are suffering from mental disorders, accounting for 4% of the whole population. Shocking data also reveals the extremely stressful reality faced by a particularly vulnerable population, people with disabilities. The Care Ability Program - Building Resiliency through Self and Collective Care has been implemented to contribute in a meaningful way to reduce the stress and improve the quality of life of community, especially the most vulnerable ones including people with disabilities. Our main supports include: provide TRE services for different groups following their needs, including the marginalized people (online & in person); provide training of community TRE facilitators who will become change agents and promote the mental health at community level, provide global certificate trainings for people who want to get specialized trainings... All these activities will be done in collaboration with the trainer team in the Asia region.
